Winners 15 Review – Famine or feast?

In this Winners 15 review, I’ll be taking a look at this different tipping service on the Betfan platform. Since February 2015 this service has been concentrating on Lucky 15 tips and I’ll be finding out if this is a profitable little niche or a costly gimmick.

What is Winners 15?

This service is one of the more unusual I’ve come across. I’ve seen plenty of accumulator services and products but never one based entirely on Lucky 15 bets. For those new to the idea, a Lucky 15 is 4 wins, 6 doubles, 4 trebles and 1 accumulator. The idea here is that they don’t come in very often but when they do, you cash in big.

Any tipping service willing to put all its eggs into that one basket is very brave. If that tipping service has then managed to stay in business for nearly four years so far and turn a profit, they are definitely worth a closer look.

How does Winners 15 Work?

As you can imagine, you won’t get a tip that fits all of the criteria every day. For instance, last month there were 26 bets in 30 days. You can probably guess you won’t be getting more than one of these at a time.

You’ll be staking 15 points total each time at reasonable odds of around 3 per horse. This means there’s not always a rush to get these on as the prices will remain quite stable.

How long does Winners 15 take to set up?

If you’re already a BetFan member you can get in very quickly, but if you’re new to the site you’ll have to register first. After that, it’s just a case of paying your money and waiting for your first tips to arrive.

This tipster seems to like Bet365, Skybet and Bet Victor, so make sure you have accounts with at least these three bookies. If you’re one of the many of us that have been banned by Bet Victor you’ll need to find an alternative or make up the slack with the other two.

How long does it take to use Winners 15?

Although this is essentially just one bet, there’s a lot to do to get it. For instance, on Skybet you have to add each of the four selections to your slip, select all multiples and put your stake in the Lucky 15 box. Not exactly rocket science but will take a bit more concentration than just sticking a tenner on at BSP.

As you’ve probably guessed, doing this on the exchanges is a lot more trouble than it’s worth so don’t bother. Everything you need is in the email, so stick to that as a first rule.

Winners 15 review Results

I’m going to quote some figures here but don’t think for one minute its consistent from one month to the next. Since this service started it’s posted 3748pts in profit, or an average of 96 a month.

It is a real case of famine or feast though. You would have lost 240pts last December, another 220 in January but if you’d still been around in March you would have been 1223pt up (yes, you did read that correctly. This is the wildest of rollercoasters and not for the faint hearted.

With all of the different permutations of winning possible here, posting strike rates is pointless. Chances are it would just confuse you or put you off anyway.

How much does Winners 15 cost?

Given the massive swings in fortune, the subscription fees seem almost irrelevant. The £12 for a week, £36 for 28 days, £101 for three months or £171 for six months pales in comparison to a £2,400 loss or a £12,230 gain. If you work on an average though, it seems pretty good value.

Not starting bank is recommended but I’d say a 500pt bank seems sensible. At £10/pt that’s £5000 but considering some of the other numbers on this page, it doesn’t seem odd at all. Not everyone will have that amount of cash though.

Winners 15 Review Advantages

If you want the thrill of the big win, you’ll definitely get those here. On the occasions when you are Lucky all 15 times that’s a holiday paid for or a newer car. Apart from that one, massive positive there is a whole load of negatives.

Winners 15 Review Disadvantages

There is only one bet to put on but it quite complicated. But this is mall fry compared to the real rollercoaster you have to endure to get to the profits. Earlier this year you could have been over £4500 in the hole before winning £12,000 in March.

I don’t have the nervous disposition for this and I can’t think of too many who do. I can think of even less who would still have bookies accounts after winning £12K in one month off them too.

Winners 15 Review Conclusion and Overall Rating

I absolutely love this but in all honesty, I could never do it.

If you have deep pockets and nerves of steel, this is all of your dreams answered with bragging rights down the pub thrown in too.

For the rest of us mere mortals though, yes it works overall, but the ride is just too much. Better to stick to something a lot more sane, which is just about every other tipping service I’ve ever come across.
